While financial details remain undisclosed at this time, it is clear that BDA will benefit greatly from this acquisition as they expand their global presence and capabilities throughout Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With established offices already present in France and the UK, adding an office located within Germany marks a significant milestone for BDA. In addition to providing them with more coverage across Europe through secondary distribution facilities situated throughout Africa and the Middle East; thus enabling greater support for both new clients looking to establish themselves on these markets or existing ones seeking further expansion opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ipm holds extensive experience servicing medium-to-large enterprises operating all around Europe while being headquartered outside Munich (in Kissing) along with two other locations employing 40+ staff members led by industry veterans Peter Beichel &amp; Tino Gerstner. Among its impressive list of clientele are Linde, MH, Skoda, Dachser showcasing how well known ipm is within European promo market circles!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to the acquisition, ipm clients can leverage over 50 BDA locations in North America and a global supply chain network to provide unmatched merchandise capabilities, complete campaign development and fulfillment and four decades of experience servicing many of the world\u2019s most recognizable brands. For BDA clients, the addition of ipm clients creates a seamless gateway into the German marketplace.
