The commitment is paying off: At the start of the intensive PSI sales phase, 84 percent of the planned space for the 2024 trade show has already been booked. 350 exhibitors have already confirmed their participation, including 17 percent new exhibitors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


“We have dealt very intensively with the feedback – especially the criticism – from the market and have moved a lot,” explains Michael K\u00f6hler, Managing Director of PSI organiser RX Austria & Germany. Together with PSI Director Petra Lassahn and the entire PSI team, he invited the promotional products industry to reflection and open dialogue. Petra Lassahn is convinced: “Our joint commitment is paying off. The fact that we are perceived positively, especially in relationship management, encourages us and drives us on.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Closer to the market, closer to the exchange<\/strong>
“We have made our support offer for our potential customers even more needs-based,” explains PSI Senior Sales Manager Martin Metz: “In addition, we remain continuously in close exchange with our customers. We are close to the market, visit our customers at their locations or at the various industry events, listen and implement.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n


PSI 2023 created the basis for the success of all measures.<\/strong>
“The positive mood at the event not only confirmed our exhibitors that their decision in favour of PSI was the right one, but also prompted them to make their commitment for 2024 already at the trade fair,” recalls Sales Manager Assunta Ferrazzo and Key Account Manager Stephanie Gerresheim adds: “But even those customers who first wanted to get an idea of the comeback event as trade visitors will return as exhibitors from 9 to 11 January.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n


In addition to numerous market leaders and returnees, the increase in newcomers and start-ups is also remarkable. “We have invested a lot of consulting effort to ensure that our newcomers benefit maximally from their appearance at PSI,” says Sales Manager Adrian Papke. “For 2024, a large proportion are planning to expand. In addition, we were able to draw the attention of new start-ups to PSI for the industry and convince them to participate.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
