Haspa Beteiligungsgesellschaft f\u00fcr den Mittelstand mbH (Haspa BGM) will actively support the continued growth and expansion of the company by becoming an equity shareholder in November 2023. The majority of the shares will remain in the hands of the two founders. Founded in 1994 in the basement of the parental home, Cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH is now one of the Europe\u2019s leading full-service providers of promotional products and merchandising. Driven by constant change, a healthy dose of innovation and, above all, solid, organic growth, Roman Weiss and Steven Baumgaertner set out from their basement into the big, wide world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both emphasise that, this is another opportunity to apply the company\u2019s mission statement “Let’s make it happen, shock everyone”, and in future it will be hand in hand with a new partner who actively participates in pursuing precisely this goal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
