The body of the highlighter is now made 90% out of recycled plastic, the inner reserve and the slanted tip are also made out of recycled fibres, and the ink is made from biologically based raw materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this achievement, it was awarded the \u2018Blaue Engel\u2019 (Blue Angel award), the German government\u2019s internationally renowned environmental label. The independent and credible \u2018Blaue Engel\u2019 award sets high standards for environmentally friendly products.
