This prestigious award recognises Epson\u2019s commitment to upholding the highest standards in environmental practices, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Platinum Award places Epson among the top one per cent of all companies rated by EcoVadis across all industries, thus reflecting the company\u2019s progress with regard to ecological sustainability. Epson increased its overall score from 77 to 83 out of 100 points \u2013 despite the fact that EcoVadis has since implemented stricter evaluation criteria. This independent certification gives customers the assurance that Epson is one of the most responsible and conscious companies in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Epson has also received excellent ratings in various sub-categories and was ranked among the top one per cent in the areas of \u201cEnvironment\u201d as well as \u201cLabour & Human rights\u201d and among the top two per cent of all audited companies in the area of \u201cSustainable Procurement\u201d. In addition, the company ranks among the top 30 per cent in the \u201cEthics\u201d category.
