Founded in 1993, CRIMEX has been one of the established players in the German promotional products industry for many years due to its substantial market volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this acquisition, Werbezeichen AG further expands its market position and strengthens its core business in corporate gifts, promotional items and giveaways. The 35 employees in Osnabr\u00fcck contribute many years of industry experience, deep product expertise and an exceptionally high rate of existing customers \u2013 a sign of strong customer loyalty that CRIMEX has built up over decades. The team will be integrated into Werbezeichen\u2019s internal processes, and the Osnabr\u00fcck location will be retained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The promotional products industry is currently undergoing a fundamental digital transformation and is becoming increasingly data-driven. Werbezeichen\u2019s AI-powered technology platform leverages data generated daily, structures information, and automates repetitive processes whose manual execution would otherwise tie up significant resources. Through the integration of CRIMEX, business processes in Osnabr\u00fcck will also be systematically digitized in future and used for intelligent, data-driven workflows.
