New special cardboard box from Sanders Imagetools makes it possible <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the introduction of a new 48-pack special carton, Sanders Imagetools has set another milestone in customised beverage finishing. The new packaging system was unveiled at the PSI trade fair in D\u00fcsseldorf, where it attracted considerable interest from trade visitors. The newly developed carton enables the safe transport of individually printed beverage cans, even in very small order quantities \u2013 economically, quickly and without shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For 25 years, Sanders Imagetools has been synonymous with customised beverage cans as high-quality promotional items. Based in Neutraubling, Bavaria, the company has established itself as a major player in the promotional items market and supplies exclusively to specialist retailers. From the outset, the company’s aim has been to consistently translate technical innovations into market-ready solutions, thereby setting new standards in the market. A central theme of this development is the continuous reduction of minimum order quantities. While customised beverage cans required minimum orders of around 3,000 units at the beginning of the company’s history \u2013 due to the flexographic printing process at the time \u2013 numerous technological advances have followed over the years. With the use of modern digital printing technologies, the minimum quantities have been gradually reduced: first to 504 units, then to 264, last year to 192 and now, for the first time, to just 48 cans. The \u2018odd\u2019 quantities result from the classic 24-unit packaging for beverage cans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Numerous advantages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new special cardboard box plays a decisive role here. A robust internal construction securely fixes each individual can in place, reliably preventing transport damage during parcel shipping. At the same time, the well-thought-out design makes handling easy: the cans can be removed individually and the box can then be securely resealed. For customers, this not only means greater flexibility, but also a significant simplification in logistics and goods receipt. In addition to reducing minimum quantities, Sanders Imagetools has also been able to further optimise delivery times as part of this development. Smaller print runs can now be produced and shipped much more quickly, which is a decisive advantage, especially for time-critical events, promotions and short-term marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n

With ten different types of beverages currently available, the company also offers an exceptionally wide range of products. These range from fruit juices and isotonic drinks to energy drinks and alcoholic beverages such as beer, Secco and Hugo. Sanders Imagetools thus covers a wide range of applications \u2013 from sporting events to trade fairs and company celebrations to exclusive customer events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company also focuses on variety and quality when it comes to finishing options. In addition to eco-friendly paper labels, high-quality full-body decorations are available in either a matt or glossy finish.
