According to a company statement, the goal is to professionalise the system. An organisation that confidently masters the increasing volumes, complex projects and international structures, while simultaneously becoming faster, more transparent and more effective. The focus is on clear solidarity between Operations and Sales. \u201cWhere there was once a handover of responsibilities, integrated value chains are emerging today. From supply chain and digital operation to excellence structures, operations become an active controlling authority for quality, speed and the customer experience,\u201d adds the statement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the leadership of Dagmar Ritter, Head of Operations, this new organisational logic will be systematically implemented. As part of the management team, she will be responsible for the entire main operational areas in the future, including warehouse, supply team, digital operations, and the newly created Operations &amp; Excellence team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe aspire to set up cyber Wear in such a way that we can continue to grow and grow better,\u201d emphasises the head of the company. \u201cClear responsibility, scalable processes, and operative excellence are decisive for this. With this structure, we are creating the foundation for our company\u2019s next level of development.\u201d Dagmar Ritter adds, \u201cToday, operations are much more than just process handling. It is about achieving transparency, speed, quality, and the perfect synergy with Sales. My goal is an organisation that assumes responsibility, becomes measurably better and actively contributes to the company\u2019s success.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the new organisational structure, cyber-Wear is taking another significant step in the direction of scaling and internationalisation. \u201cThe new management structure intentionally closes a main gap in the overall organisation. Responsibility is now clearly defined. Decision-making processes become shorter.
