The report focuses on measurable data, independent assessments and improved traceability throughout the supply chain. \u201cOur approach to ESG is simple: we openly state where we stand and honestly say where we are heading,\u201d said Heather Smartt, Global Head of Goldstar. \u201cWe know that our business partners in the industry value facts more than promises. This report reflects the concrete measures we are taking to act more responsibly whilst continuing to offer high-quality products and reliable service.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2025 ESG Report highlights progress in several key areas of Goldstar\u2019s commitments:<br><strong>\u2022 Environmental impact<\/strong> \u2013 Goldstar continues to focus on phasing out PVC and polystyrene, whilst working to remove problematic plastics from its entire product range.<br><strong>\u2022 Independent assessments<\/strong> \u2013 99 per cent of the company\u2019s paper-based packaging and wood fibre products are FSC\u00ae-certified (Forest Stewardship Council).<br><strong>\u2022 Supply chain transparency<\/strong> \u2013 Goldstar is expanding traceability through Digital Product Passports (DPP) based on Aware\u2122 Tracer technology, enabling customers to better track the journey from raw material to end product.<br><strong>\u2022 People and culture<\/strong> \u2013 The report also highlights progress in the area of inclusion: 56 per cent of leadership roles are held by women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite this progress, Goldstar emphasises that ESG is an ongoing process: \u201cWe\u2019re not claiming to be perfect here,\u201d Smartt continues. \u201cWe\u2019re here to present our actions, learn from them and continue to improve.
