This award was for the company\u2019s HAIPICK project \u2013 a \u201ctechnological solution and automation innovation\u201d that was implemented its Czech warehouse. The competition\u2019s jury was impressed by how Malfini combines the latest technology with a human-based approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The HAIPICK project is about efficiency and a better work environment: <br>\u2022 Reducing physical strain: Robots are now responsible for handling heavy boxes (15\u201320 kg), thereby reducing the physical strain on employees considerably. <br>\u2022 Maximum performance: Thanks to automation, up to 100 CBL per hour can be processed, with the system fully integrated into the Malfini-AutoStore.\u00a0<br>\u2022 More intelligent storage: Data analysis enables us to store products in the optimum positions, which, together with new investments, increases capacity by 30,000 storage places. At the same time, the vertical potential of the system is fully realised through the installation of a high bay racking system. <br>\u2022 Speed for customers: High precision and faster processing ensure high-quality and on-time deliveries to Malfini customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malfini CEO Radek Vesel\u00fd remarks, \u201cWe are delighted that we are contributing effectively to more customer satisfaction through these measures and can react faster to meet our customers\u2019 needs.
