Logos, coats of arms or other motifs are not printed onto the biscuits, but are embossed directly into the dough as a raised relief. There is no use of colour printing, wafer paper or edible paper, nor are any preservatives, colourings or additives used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What began in 2016 as a specialised concept by master confectioner and baker Gregor Stapper is now a medium-sized company with 15 employees, a seven-figure annual turnover and an annual production of around four million biscuits. Its client base includes companies, hotels, restaurants, agencies and retailers. The best-selling logo biscuit is sold individually wrapped and is ideal as a customer gift or giveaway. There is also a smaller \u2018coffee biscuit\u2019, which is used as a custom-branded accompaniment in the catering and hospitality sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Production continues to take place entirely in Brilon. At peak times, up to 30,000 biscuits are produced there every day. Since 2022, Keks Kreator has been operating from a new production hall equipped with a photovoltaic system and battery storage. At the same time, the company has continuously expanded its international business. The proportion of overseas sales now stands at around 22.5 per cent; customers include those in the Benelux countries, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy and Denmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The promotional products trade also plays an important role: Today, Keks Kreator works with around 250 retailers in Germany and several other European countries. The company also used the COVID-19 pandemic to digitise processes, optimise production and develop new products and packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe wanted to show that an artisan-made product from Germany can succeed even if it is highly specialised,\u201d says Gregor Stapper.
