Europe’s leading trade show for the promotional products industry will once again take place in Düsseldorf from 7 to 9 January 2025. With Halls 9, 10 and 11, the exhibition is clearly on an expansion course. In mid-May, nine months ahead of the trade show, the target occupancy rate is 80 per cent. The 356 companies confirmed so far already include well-known players such as: Anda Present, BIC GRAPHIC EUROPE, burger pen, doppler + Knirps H. Würflingsdober, Easy Gifts, elasto form, Giving Europe, Inspirion, JUNG since 1828, Kalfany Süße Werbung, Koziol, MACMA Werbeartikel, magna sweets, Mahlwerck Porzellan, MAKITO, midocean Germany, Nestler-matho, Neutral, Paul Stricker, Schwan-STABILO, SENATOR, Spranz, Porzellanmanufaktur Kahla, Prodir, REFLECTS, Reisenthel Accessoires, Toppoint, TROIKA Germany, uma Schreibgeräte and xd connects, as well as the JCK Group with FARE Günther Fassbender, Gustav Daiber, Halfar, mbw Verstriebsgesellschaft and SND PorzellanManufaktur.

“We are very happy about the positive response from our customers. The current booking status and international exhibitor participation of over 60 per cent confirm the importance of PSI beyond the borders of Europe”, says Marlene Ramos, PSI Head of Sales. In line with this, she is observing a trend towards bigger booths.

In addition to the exhibitor programme, the PSI team is planning to boost the market-relevant special themes of textiles, finishing and newcomers. PSI Director Petra Lassahn: “After its successful premiere, the Textile Village, which we’re realising in cooperation with the Academy for Textile Finishing, is moving to Hall 9. Here textile manufacturers, brands and suppliers will have significantly more space to present their advertising and promotional textiles as well as their collections for 2025.”

Also larger and repositioned: the Newcomer Area and the Special Finishing Show. Due to high demand, both will be given more space in Hall 11. Under the slogan ‘Vive la France’, the special finishing show invites trade fair visitors to try out different printing technologies and finishing processes in the generous hands-on area. The newcomers focus on innovative products that ‘surprise’. Petra Lassahn: “PSI has been a sourcing platform for promotional products for more than 60 years. In order to meet the demands of our buyers and suppliers and give them the opportunity to diversify their portfolios, we acquire exciting newcomers in addition to market leaders and hidden champions.”

Details on the country of honour at PSI 2025, the specialist programme in the PSI Forum and on the special areas PSI THE LAB and PSI Gusto, Innovations Forum, PSI Design Forum and PSI Product Presentations will be announced in the next weeks. Visitors can already look forward to plenty of inspiration, networking, sourcing and further education.

Interested companies can continue to register for Europe’s leading trade show for the promotional products industry. Ticket sales for PSI 2025 and for PSI NIGHT on the evening of the first day of the show will start in October.
