Malfini – a brand supplier of promotional textiles based in the Czech-Republic and operating throughout Europe – has won 2nd place in the renowned “Innovation Company of the Year 2025” competitio , which the Innovation Centre for the Ústí (ICUK) region organised. This award was for the company’s HAIPICK project – a “technological solution and automation innovation” that was implemented its Czech warehouse. The competition’s jury was impressed by how Malfini combines the latest technology with a human-based approach.

The HAIPICK project is about efficiency and a better work environment:
• Reducing physical strain: Robots are now responsible for handling heavy boxes (15–20 kg), thereby reducing the physical strain on employees considerably.
• Maximum performance: Thanks to automation, up to 100 CBL per hour can be processed, with the system fully integrated into the Malfini-AutoStore.
• More intelligent storage: Data analysis enables us to store products in the optimum positions, which, together with new investments, increases capacity by 30,000 storage places. At the same time, the vertical potential of the system is fully realised through the installation of a high bay racking system.
• Speed for customers: High precision and faster processing ensure high-quality and on-time deliveries to Malfini customers.

Malfini CEO Radek Veselý remarks, “We are delighted that we are contributing effectively to more customer satisfaction through these measures and can react faster to meet our customers’ needs. These improvements enable us to not only increase the quality and speed of our services, but they also help us establish stronger, long-term relationships with our customers that are based on trust, reliability and ongoing innovation.” www.malfini.com
