Your opinion matters

To further enhance the value it provides to its members, PSI has commissioned the independent market research institute Zing Insights Ltd to conduct a comprehensive study on PSI membership and the network’s future strategic direction.

For this purpose, PSI members are invited to participate in confidential one-to-one interviews. The approximately 45- to 60-minute conversation will be conducted via Microsoft Teams at a mutually agreed time. The interview will focus on participants’ assessment of the current PSI membership offering, the perceived value it provides, and their expectations regarding PSI’s future development. In addition, PSI would like to learn more about its member and partner companies, the network, and the priorities within the industry.

Interviews are strictly confidential

Zing Insights is an independent market research institute and is not part of the PSI team. PSI will therefore not be informed who has participated in the study and who has not. All interviews will be treated as strictly confidential, and statements will not be attributed to either the interviewee or their company. The results will be evaluated exclusively in aggregated form, ensuring that no conclusions can be drawn about individual participants.

Zing Insights is a member of the Market Research Society and operates fully in accordance with its Code of Conduct and in compliance with the UK GDPR. Interview participants’ data will be processed securely and used exclusively for the purposes of the study. Participation in the interviews is, of course, voluntary. Participants may choose not to answer individual questions and may end their participation at any time without providing a reason.

Through open and honest interview responses, PSI aims to gain an even better understanding of the industry’s needs and align its offerings accordingly.
