The industry to present itself at OMR 2025

In a letter, PSI – Promotional Product Service Institute, RX Deutschland GmbH, Kalfany Süße Werbung GmbH & Co KG, uma Schreibgeräte Ullmann GmbH and cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH are calling on companies in the industry to participate in a joint presentation of the promotional products industry at the Online Marketing Rockstars (OMR) trade show – the platform for the digital business world – in Hamburg from 6 to 7 May 2025. The letter in full:

Dear participants in the haptic advertising market,

In May 2025, the haptic advertising industry will be united at the Online Marketing Rockstars (OMR) trade show in Hamburg. This is a unique opportunity to present the importance and added value of haptic advertising at one of Europe’s largest marketing platforms and to send a strong signal together. The focus will not be on the individual companies, but on the promotional products themselves.

Integrated concept and long-term communication

The project comprises a cohesive communication and stand concept that is designed for the long term. The aim is to present the diverse possibilities of haptic advertising in a creative and impressive way. The industry-internal kick-off will take place at PSI 2025 and then build up to OMR, where the highlight of the project will take place.

Participation and application

All market participants in haptic advertising are invited to participate on behalf of the entire industry. From all applications received, a maximum of 14 companies will be selected to join this concept. The total budget is around €350,000, with costs per participant totalling around €25,000.

Initiators

The initiators of this project are PSI – Promotional Product Service Institute, RX Deutschland GmbH, Kalfany Süße Werbung GmbH & Co KG, uma Schreibgeräte Ullmann GmbH and cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH. They guarantee professional realisation and high visibility at OMR 2025.

Premium partnership and booth size

We are planning a premium partnership with OMR and will be present with an impressive stand of approx. 140 square metres, which will be elaborately staged to optimally showcase the diversity and innovative power of haptic advertising.

Transparent cost sharing

The costs will be divided equally between all participants in an open and transparent process. If, contrary to expectations, the budget is exceeded, this will only be done in consultation with all participants.
