Bartenbach strengthens international purchasing

Jörg Bansner has been Senior Buyer at Bartenbach since the beginning of the year. In this position, the Wiesbaden native is responsible for the expansion and further development of international procurement. His main task is product and supplier sourcing. This is becoming increasingly important at Bartenbach against the backdrop of the consistent expansion of its full-service advertising materials offering over recent years and the continuous acquisition of new major customers.
Jörg Bansner has more than 20 years of experience in the international purchasing of advertising materials and merchandising products – from product development and sourcing to range development and product safety. The trained advertising executive started his professional career in a direct marketing agency with a focus on production. He then spent many years working in the full-service advertising materials sector, focusing on international production, product development and team management, among other things. After holding positions in the central advertising materials purchasing department of a financial services provider and in the international purchasing of consumer goods such as kitchen gadgets and lifestyle products, Bansner most recently held a management position at an advertising materials importer. His areas of expertise lie in import, product and range development, product management and international product sourcing.
