New French team member and new trainee

The multi-specialist REFLECTS® from Cologne has announced a new addition to its export department. Julie Issert-Tabardel joined the Cologne team as Account Manager France at the beginning of July. Born in France, she came to Mönchengladbach for her Master’s degree in Management of Textile Trade and Technology, and then stayed in the region. Before moving into the world of promotional products, she worked as a project manager in industry and trade.
Now she has joined Arthur Wagner’s team (Head of Export) and will be looking after dealers from France and French-speaking countries. She speaks fluent French, German and English.
Another newcomer at REFLECTS® is Semih Sari, the first trainee as a management assistant in e-commerce, a qualification that was first introduced in 2018. He started his three-year dual training on 2 August. In the initial first four weeks, a comprehensive introductory programme is provided. This includes getting to know the employees, instruction in the tools that are used in everyday work, as well as initial onboarding seminars, all of which are designed to ensure a successful start to his career. Afterwards, he will go to the individual departments, where he will learn about all company and training-related processes and activities.
Semih Sari will be supervised by trainer Anna Bunde, who is responsible for e-commerce and online marketing in the company. In addition to this, there is a mentoring program for all new employees at REFLECTS®, so he will receive further support from trainer and front-end developer Frank Deckstein. A total of four trainees are now employed at REFLECTS® in various training professions. Among these are two management assistants in wholesale and foreign trade, and a management assistant in media design. www.reflects.com
