Solingen company Zwilling welcomes 14 career entrants as the 2023 apprenticeship year begins. Various apprenticeship professions are represented here again this year: industrial management assistant, e-commerce management assistant, warehouse operator, mechatronics fitter, industrial engineer, machinery and facilities operator and specialist in metal engineering. The four dual students made their start in the General Management and Business IT divisions.

“As a longstanding Chamber of Trade and Commerce (IHK) apprenticeship site, Zwilling offers not only a top-flight apprenticeship, internal apprentice projects like the Instagram channel, but also an above-average take-up rate of 100%,” announces the company. The application stage for the next apprenticeship year is currently underway again.

“We are very proud that our Zwilling Family philosophy, and the early, active integration of our apprentices is so successful,” explains Nadine Gronemeyer, head of Apprenticeship and Staff Development at Zwilling. “As a result, we have nobody dropping out of the apprenticeships and a success rate in the closing examinations of 100%. And it is practically a tradition for us to be on the IHK’s honours list every year, where tribute is paid to the year’s top apprentices. We are already delighted to be supporting and encouraging the progress of our new apprentices.”
