Change of name: STAEDTLER Mars GmbH & Co. KG becomes STAEDTLER SE

STAEDTLER Mars GmbH & Co. KG will become the head of the STAEDTLER Group on 31 December 2023. At the same time, STAEDTLER Mars GmbH & Co. KG will become STAEDTLER SE on 1 January 2024. This company is registered in the commercial register at Nuremberg Local Court under HRB 42321.

All contracts, legal relationships, general terms and conditions, terms and conditions of sale and delivery, etc. will remain valid unchanged. By way of universal succession, STAEDTLER SE assumes all rights and obligations arising from all contractual and legal relationships attributable to the business operations of STAEDTLER Mars GmbH & Co. KG’s business operations, contractual and other legal relationships.

A notice to all customers, suppliers and business partners states: “The data of your business partners and the business relationship with you that exists with our company and the STAEDTLER Group will remain unchanged.” www.staedtler.de
