Gift Campaign receives Great Place to Work certification

Gift Campaign has been awarded Great Place to Work certification, which is issued to companies whose employees rate them as outstanding employers. Their identifying characteristic is a trusting corporate culture, in which employees are listened to, supported as they develop, and benefit from a sound organisational environment.

Gift Campaign is an e-commerce business that specialises in promotional products and merchandising, which has set itself the target of simplifying the way customers select and create promotional products. The expectation is that customers will thereby strengthen their brands and continue to build on their image. Gift Campaign offers a comprehensive range of goods, which undergoes constant refreshment in order to deliver new and original ideas.

The online shop was established in Barcelona in 2014 and swiftly rose to the top of the market in Spain. This dynamic development led to further transformation in Europe. After Spain, the countries Italy, France, Portugal, the Netherlands and Germany followed.

The Great Place to Work certificate was handed over following a survey and in-depth questioning among all employees of Gift Campaign on various aspects of the company. 95 percent of the workforce indicated that they feel fairly treated and welcomed by their employer. 75% rated their workplace as “outstanding”.

For Gift Campaign, corporate culture and making every single employee feel welcome is important. New colleagues therefore receive a welcome parcel containing a variety of gifts. Every single department receives continuous professional training in the environment that is closely associated with its role.

Great Place to Work certifies companies’ workplace culture. In the process, employees are surveyed anonymously, rating their workplace and personnel measures.
