Those attending PSI will experience a diverse, vibrant industry that is simply irresistible. The unique “PSI feeling” transforms the fair into an industry platform that is unparalleled across Europe. This is also reflected in the extensive supporting programme and the varied special areas. Below is an overview of the interesting activities and special spaces at PSI 2025.
PSI Gusto: Multisensory Indulgence (Hall 9H32-44)
One presentation format that has delighted trade fair visitors for many years is PSI Gusto. In this tasting area in Hall 9H32-44, you will find only exhibitors offering specialties and fine culinary products to sample. Everything you see, taste, and smell here naturally has the potential to become a welcome promotional product through individual enhancement. Whether sweet or savoury – especially during the tasting at the Gusto area, you will experience the multisensory power that gives culinary delights their immense impact. As you make your way to Halls 10 and 11, you will almost pass by Gusto – so why not take a leisurely stop and seek advice? A café invites you to linger here.
PSI Design Forum (Hall 11A16)
In line with the motto that design and product safety go hand in hand, a group of successful product designers presents themselves in the special area “The Lab.” The open workspace for promotional product dealers in Hall 11A16 showcases solutions related to the development and marketing of products. All designers have made a name for themselves as developers of promotional products and therefore combine exclusive knowledge and extensive experience in tangible advertising. The competent, knowledgeable team including Manfred Makedonski, Joerg Langkop, and Lutz Gathmann doesn’t just provide answers to design questions but also informs about product safety, product labelling, and other topics relevant to manufacturers. There will also be a range of design classics and novelties on display, showcasing what is important in the product development process. Designer and product safety expert Lutz Gathmann will also provide information on the new GPSR. Next door in “The Lab”, TÜV Rheinland and the textile testing service Hohenstein Laboratories offer information and advice. The Green Product Award, which has been recognising sustainable products and services from companies and start-ups since 2012, will also be presented here. These are good reasons to learn from highly qualified contacts and clarify any uncertainties.
PSI Trends Show (Hall 11A07)
The PSI Trends Show, the newly designed special area in Hall 11A07, showcases product trends from the three thematic worlds “Fit Throughout the Year”, “Highlights for Sunny Times”, and “The Journey of Enjoyment.” PSI exhibitors present their innovations in the areas of textiles, electronics, multimedia, school and office supplies, bags, luggage and travel, as well as food and indulgent items. Please note: The impressive curated product display has moved from Hall 9 to Hall 11, where more space is available.
PSI Services (Hall 11A05)
Just nearby at Stand 11A05 is PSI’s home base: Here, you can receive advice on the diverse offerings and services from PSI and learn all about the benefits of membership. The dedicated PSI team is on hand to assist all visitors personally, ensuring they get the most out of their experience. Take the opportunity to discover the top sourcing tools, such as the Product Finder and the sourcing department, and learn how these services can make your everyday life easier and more efficient. PSI has devised attractive fair specials for membership and upgrades. “Home is where PSI is” is a principle well ingrained here – so feel at home and enjoy a refreshing drink while you recharge your mobile device.
PSI International Lounge (Hall 11A35)
The world is a guest at PSI, found at Hall 11 Stand A35, the communicative meeting point for renowned associations and industry organisations from around the globe. ASI (Advertising Specialty Institute) from the USA, BPMA (British Promotional Merchandise Association), and Sourcing City from the UK can be found here. The Belgian industry is represented by BAPP, while we welcome representatives from Promoswiss from Switzerland. The international industry organisation IPPAG is also present. The relatively new umbrella association EAC (European Association Cooperation) will introduce itself here and invite guests to a reception. Individual stands outside the International Lounge are occupied by Het Portaal from the Netherlands (9A64) and Promoturk from Turkey (11C29). Please mark your calendar: On the second day of the fair, there will be an International Reception in the lounge.
PSI Academy (Hall 11A80)

Therefore, the Next Generation PSI has been assigned a whole thematic block on the second day of the fair: On Wednesday, January 8, starting at 15:30, experts will take all newcomers and interested visitors on a journey into the world of innovative, future-proof business ideas, provide updates on industry news, and discuss current career opportunities. Afterwards, Toppoint invites all to mingle and network over cool drinks. Supporting the younger generation and ensuring they feel comfortable in the industry is also a key goal for Toppoint for the future. PSI 2025, with its stimulating and friendly fair atmosphere, offers the ideal environment to inspire and engage the next generation of the industry. It is a great opportunity for exhibitors and dealers to prepare their apprentices and new employees for the promotional product business.
Newcomer Lounge (Hall 11A39 to 11E76)
The Newcomer Lounge in Hall 11, where young companies, industry newcomers, and inventors present innovations and unique products, is also a true idea pool for the Next Generation PSI – and for everyone who loves something special.
Textile Village (Hall 9G28)
Few campaigns are without textiles: According to a recent study by the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), textiles account for around 35 percent of the global promotional products market. PSI has long been proof of the growing significance of promotional textiles. Through enhancement, the promotional product becomes a true brand ambassador, strengthening brand image and leaving a lasting impression. Therefore, promotional textiles and enhancement methods play a key role at PSI: They reflect seasonal trends and create creative impulses for the individual design of promotional products. With the Textile Village and the special showcase for enhancement, PSI presents targeted platforms for unlocking new business potentials.
