PSI Academy: Programme set

The varied programme of the PSI Academy Conference on 11 September in Cologne is all about sustainability. PSI Director Petra Lassahn reveals some of the topics.
PSI is launching the PSI Academy, a versatile industry get-together that makes companies fit for business and competition and brings the industry together a second time a year in addition to the PSI Trade Show. The kick-off event of the PSI Academy will take place on 11 September 2025 in Cologne’s famous Gürzenich Hall. The PSI Academy Conference will start at 10 am with cutting-edge presentations, discussions and workshops on the topic of sustainability. The second thematic session will focus on current and relevant topics in the promotional products industry, including artificial intelligence (AI) and human resources (HR). The PSI Academy Night will begin in the evening at 7:30 pm. The winners of the PSI Academy Awards will be announced during the festive gala evening.
“The PSI Academy Conference programme has already been designed and is currently being fine-tuned. I can already say that it will be in no way inferior to the highly acclaimed supporting programme at this year’s PSI. I would therefore like to invite all members and interested parties to the PSI Academy Conference, which will once again offer exciting topics and insights,” says PSI Director Petra Lassahn. She is already revealing some of the topics: “Among other things, it will be about how sustainability is a marketing booster and how companies can utilise this added value. The requirements of the European Green Deal are also a major topic. What does the industry need to know about this and what does it have to do?” All of this will be discussed on 11 September – in a forum in which best practice cases will also play a major role. After all, those who cooperate and learn from others are always one step ahead. With this in mind, Petra Lassahn particularly recommends the PSI Academy kick-off event to all PSI members and interested guests: “Those who round off the day with good conversation at the gala evening after the PSI Academy Conference are sure to take many ideas, impressions and contacts home with them.”
