JUNG honoured for sustainability

Promotional product specialist and packaging service provider JUNG since 1828 GmbH & Co. KG has been awarded a bronze medal by EcoVadis, one of the world’s leading providers of sustainability ratings. This ranks the traditional company from Ludwigsburg among those companies in the promotional product and packaging industry that are most highly committed to sustainability – and, since April 2025, among the top 35 per cent of all companies assessed worldwide in the EcoVadis ranking. As part of this independent assessment, key criteria in the areas of the environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement are examined. The bronze rating recognises JUNG’s consistent dedication to these areas and confirms its strategic focus on responsible business practices.

JUNG will continue to develop its own CSR strategies and sustainable corporate processes in the future and integrate the recommendations from the EcoVadis assessment into its corporate practice in a targeted manner, the company states.

With the JUNG Packaging brand, which has its administration and production facilities in Germany, the packaging specialist provides packaging products and services such as contract manufacturing, packaging design and fulfilment. JUNG underwent a strategic relaunch at the beginning of 2025 and has since been operating on the market with a new logo and its two sub-brands. EcoVadis is one of the world’s leading providers of sustainability ratings for companies.
