What started as a one-off podcast special quickly turned into one of the most in-depth conversations ever recorded by BRANDED WOR(L)DS and Why It Matters. Following the strong response to Part I of the MERCH 2030 special, it became clear that this dialogue deserved more time, more depth, and more space to unfold.

After the release of Part I on December 7, Part II will premiere on January 4, once again bringing together Jeff Solomon, Rod Brown, and Steven Baumgaertner. Like the first installment, the second episode runs approximately 45 minutes and continues the conversation without filters or predefined talking points.

While Part I focused on setting the strategic framework and defining the challenges ahead, Part II moves deeper into execution and consequence. How must business models evolve in practice? What role do leadership, mindset, and courage play in navigating uncertainty?
