The economic situation is tough, with investments being put on hold everywhere. Philipp Klinger, Managing Director of Lynx Deutschland GmbH, has been observing this for several months now. “We are currently selling significantly fewer systems and machines than we were a year or two ago. The wars, supply chain issues, the shortage of skilled workers and many other factors mean that print service providers are keeping their old systems running.” And these systems need servicing.

For this reason, Lynx Germany is now launching a nationwide service initiative. The company aims to assist textile printing businesses with service and maintenance in the event of machine downtime or when repairing older systems. “We receive many calls for help from desperate DTF users because their machines have broken down, because there is a shortage of service personnel in the market, or because system providers have discontinued their on-site service for various reasons. For this reason, we have been constantly on the road for some time now to provide assistance. This gave us the idea to launch the ‘DTF Breakdown Service’ initiative and further strengthen our service offering.” Klinger and his team aim to help printing service providers keep their businesses running during these difficult times. At the same time, Lynx Germany wishes to support textile finishing companies with process optimisation.

Lynx provides solutions for the digital printing industry, large-format digital print finishing, advertising signage and textile finishing. Through its efficient solutions, the company optimises processes, creates synergies and helps to save time and costs. For further information and contact details, visit: https://lynx-deutschland.de
