New addition to the customer service team

As mbw® – a North German supplier of feel-good products – has now announced, Carolin Damaschke is joining the customer service team in Wanderup. She will guide customers through the entire process, from the initial enquiry and quotation preparation right through to order fulfilment. “Caro is also a key point of contact on the phone and, with her friendly, helpful manner, provides support wherever she is needed. From time to time, she also attends trade fairs, representing mbw® in direct dialogue with customers and partners,” the statement reads.

Carolin Damaschke completed her apprenticeship at mbw® some 20 years ago, gaining her first experience in the industry at that time. It is all the more wonderful that she is now part of the team again and is bringing her experience to bear in day-to-day customer service.
