CDH’s portfolio now includes the new cloud “CDHSmart” Solution
Published on 20.07.2026
With CDHSmart, CDH Computer Division Heinemann GmbH is bringing a new cloud solution to market that is specifically designed for small businesses and distributors that specialise in preparing fast, professional quotes.
Many companies do not need a comprehensive inventory management system but still want to be able to efficiently issue their quotes and access the latest product data at the same time. This is exactly where CDH Smart comes in. The browser-based application intentionally focuses on the main steps for preparing a quote and keeps things simple.
One of the new solution’s special features is the integrated online product pool. Users get access to images of more than 400,000 products from more than 190 suppliers. CDH updates the products’ master data and prices centrally, which eliminates the time-consuming effort of updating your own information and ensures that quotes can be prepared at any time based on the latest product information.
In addition to an extensive inventory of products, CDH Smart offers other features that make everyday work routines easier. An integrated address grabber can update the system with new customer addresses in just a couple of clicks. The system also features a modern user interface that makes it easy to get started. Since it is a pure cloud solution, the system can be used on any operating system or device. On-site installation is not required.
Another advantage of this app is that companies only invest in the features they currently need. When additional features are needed later, CDHSmart can be seamlessly expanded to include the more comprehensive cloud product inventory system CDHWeb. Existing data is retained in this system, and users continue to work in a familiar system environment. With an attractive starting price, CDH Smart is designed specifically for smaller companies that want to digitalise their quote preparation process while also benefiting from professionally updated product master data. https://www.cdh.info/en/
