FARE boosts corporate governance

Philipp Oergel, Assistant to the Management Board of promotional umbrella specialist FARE – Guenther Fassbender GmbH, has been appointed Sole Authorised Signatory. The 39-year-old has been with FARE since 1 June 2025 and, since then, has played a key role in supporting and further developing particularly the areas of marketing, sales, IT and digitalisation. In his role as Assistant to the Management Board, he works closely with Managing Director Volker Griesel and is involved in key strategic and operational matters within the company.

“Although Philipp has only been with us for just over a year, he has made a valuable contribution to our company in this relatively short time through his outstanding dedication, professional expertise and strong sense of responsibility. His appointment as Sole Authorised Signatory reflects the great confidence I have in him and in his future development within our company,” explains FARE Managing Director Volker Griesel.
