REFLECTS® expands sales team

Cologne-based multi-specialist REFLECTS® welcomes a new colleague: Olaf Ulbrich joined the REFLECTS®-Team as a field sales employee at the beginning of February 2024. Olaf Ulbrich is backed by more than twenty years of experience on the distribution side of the promotional products industry. A dedicated and highly competent sales professional, he will be a valuable addition to the sales department under the management of Peter Leseberg. As the sales team is initiated into the new sales structure, the company is fulfilling its customers’ request to provide training in products and services on site. In the course of its transformation into a multi-specialist and of adjustments in the range, there is an increased requirement for in-person contact. In this context, Olaf Ulbrich is assuming the task of presenting ranges and services to the business directly on site.

During his first weeks, Olaf Ulbrich will be given a detailed introduction to all relevant company procedures. Along the way, the focus will lie not only on familiarisation and everyday processes, but also on productive onboarding seminars.
