Responsibly produced clothing

The topic of sustainability has long been the dominant product trend in the promotional products sector for good reason, and will continue to be so in the future. More and more suppliers and manufacturers in the industry are putting the issue at the centre of their business. This is also the case with the Finnish company Pure Waste, which recently became a member of the PSI network. Pure Waste has been offering responsibly produced clothing made from 100% recycled fibres (without subsequent dyeing) since 2013. The production of the garments uses 99% less water and produces 50% less CO2 emissions than garments made from virgin materials, making them a more sustainable option. The product range consists of ready-to-wear garments for promotional, professional and consumer use, as well as stock and seasonal collections for wholesale. In addition, there is the production of private labels for fashion labels. In addition to ecologically sound production, Pure Waste also attaches importance to durability, quality and timeless design – all subordinated to the goal of “a radical change in production and consumption habits – towards a world without textile waste”.
