Since May 11, Pascal Mölders has been part of the management team at Joytex. With the son of Managing Director Katja Übbing, the third generation is now represented in the leadership of the family business.
Mölders has been working at Joytex since completing his master’s degree in August 2024 and initially served as project manager for strategic business development. In a short period of time, he has already been responsible for numerous forward-looking projects within the company. Among other things, he was in charge of the conceptual realignment and relaunch of the online shop, comprehensive internal process optimizations through digitalization, as well as the automation of production processes using modern robotics solutions. He also played a key role in driving the strategic development of the brand and the product portfolio.
“I am incredibly proud to lead and further develop Joytex as a family business into the third generation together with my mother,” says Mölders.
Looking to the future, the company is pursuing ambitious goals: “As Managing Director, I want to make Joytex even more visible both as a strong brand and as a leading expert for promotional bags in German-speaking countries, while consistently driving our international growth forward.”
This course is accompanied by already realized and planned investments in the German location. Together with the entire team, this is intended to ensure the sustainable development of the company and to strengthen Joytex’s market position in the long term.
