AI Adoption in Marketing Is Booming

AI is becoming increasingly important in marketing. According to the QuickBook 2026 AI Impact Report, the number of small businesses using AI in marketing has risen by 43 percent in just 18 months. The study examined 34,000 small and medium-sized businesses in the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The use of self-collected customer data is particularly effective. A study by the U.S. market research firm Forrester shows that companies using first-party data achieve 2.4 times higher revenue than those relying on third-party data.
