JUNG sets course for the future

Dennis Dennig is stepping down from JUNG’s Management Board
After 18 years with the company, seven as Managing Partner, Dennis Dennig will step down from the active management of JUNG since 1828 GmbH & Co. KG at the end of 2026. He will remain associated with the company as a partner in the family business, alongside his father Jörg Dennig. In future, he will focus on setting up his own business outside the promotional product sector. The company emphasises that this move has been carefully prepared for a long time in advance. Dennis Dennig points to a strong management team, clear lines of responsibility and the foundations laid in recent years for the company’s continued development. These include, amongst other things, investments running into millions in the expansion and modernisation of the Arnstadt production site.
Continuity in corporate management
Starting in 2027, Peter Neff, who has been co-managing the business with Dennis Dennig since 2020, will lead the company as sole Managing Director. For customers, suppliers and staff, this is not expected to result in any changes to either the strategic direction or the company’s operational performance. Key responsibilities were reorganised in the run-up to this change. Sylke Toscan, Sales Manager for the JUNG Promotion division, has gradually taken on overall responsibility for the distribution of promotional materials. Together with the division heads, she will ensure continuity in sales and customer service.

Growth remains on track
The Advisory Board recognises Dennis Dennig’s contribution to the company’s further development – in particular, the expansion of production capacity, the further development of the Arnstadt site and the establishment of the Packaging Division. At the same time, the Board believes that, with Peter Neff and the existing management team, JUNG is excellently positioned for the future. By concentrating management responsibilities on Peter Neff, JUNG states that it is prioritising continuity, clear lines of responsibility and the consistent pursuit of its growth strategy. The founding family will continue to play an active role in the company’s development as shareholders and through the Advisory Board. www.jung-europe.de
