Bären Company International Taps Into Its Fruit Gummy Competence

Since 9 June 2026, the former companies Kalfany Süße Werbung GmbH & Co. KG and VOGEL’S GmbH will be run under the roof of Bären Company International GmbH. The new company brings together the fruit gummy competence, brand strength and innovation under one roof. For customers and business partners of Kalfany Süße Werbung, little will change. The Kalfany Süße Werbung brand, along with the usual contact partners, products, ordering methods and services, will remain the same. Through the new company structure, existing processes and resources are more closely linked to drive innovation, reduce delivery times, and improve services. “With the new structure, we are creating the basis for pooling our strengths even more effectively and providing our customers even more comprehensive support in the future,” explains Peter Kaspar, CEO of Bären Company International. “At the same time, the brands, products and services, which our customers have valued and used successfully for many years, will stay the same.” At the Herbolzheim facility, production, product development, printing workshop, packaging, logistics and shipping operate seamlessly together. This close integration enables short communication channels, a high level of flexibility and individual solutions for the requirements of the promotional product industry.

• Bären Company^® & Choco Company – Online shop for unusual fruit gummy and chocolate specialities.
•VOGEL’S SÜSSE-WERBE-IDEEN – Specialist for sweet promotional messages with small print runs and fast delivery times, as well as its innovative online shop solution.
